♥ If you have any questions about ordering, an order you placed, about my work (or anything at all), please feel free to contact me.

PAYMENT:

I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

SHIPPING:

I am located, and ship from within the United States (WA).

Your order will be mailed to the address that you enter with PayPal.

♥ US:

* Orders placed from within the United States ship USPS Priority or First Class mail with delivery confirmation through PayPal shipping.

* US orders usually ship the day after your payment is received.

♥ Outside the US:

* International orders ship International First Class mail with customs forms. Any applicable customs fees and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

* I mail all International orders once a week.

* At this time International First Class packages cannot be tracked. If you would like tracking for your order, please contact me so that I can upgrade your shipping to International Priority (rates vary depending on your country).

* Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery of your International package. (Transit times vary greatly by country). If you have not received your order in this time, please contact me.

REFUNDS:
